This project involved the transformation of an existing single-storey dwelling into a contemporary two-storey residence through the addition of a new upper level and a complete architectural façade redesign. The design carefully preserves the existing building footprint while introducing a modern, refined identity that enhances both street presence and functionality. The new façade features clean architectural forms, soft curved elements, textured natural stone, warm timber accents, and integrated landscape lighting, creating a sophisticated balance between contemporary design and timeless materiality.
